particular application that is not supported by any of these,

NEW! Computer Telephony Integration software for your Burnside
phone
If you spend much of
your time working at your PC screen, MobileCTI™ software is a
valuable companion to your Burnside P355 desk phone. With
MobileCTI™, you can manage your Burnside phone directly from
your PC, and at the same time check your calls through integration
with Microsoft Outlook. You can send SMS messages directly from
your PC, and see instantly who is trying to call you.
- Use Burnside's call / answer / call forward features directly
from your PC.
- See instantly who is calling by using Outlook or by look-up on
Web services.
- You don't need two phones - your Burnside phone is enough to
make and receive all calls while at your desk.
- Use SMS messaging effectively by sending and receiving SMS
messages directly from your PC.
MobileCTI™ is extremely easy to use and controlled using
intuitive icons from the toolbar. When you receive a call,
MobileCTI's status window shows immediately who is calling. Also
available is an external USB-connected busy lamp that lights up red
when you are busy on the phone. This is useful for indicating to
your colleagues that you should not be disturbed.

Burnside Fixed Cellular Terminal software options
A range of software options is available that helps users to
keep better control of calls costs and make it easier for incoming
callers to direct their calls to the right person:
Inclusive Call Minute Timer
This timer warns the user when monthly inclusive call minutes
are about to expire so stopping the user from starting to use much
more expensive call minutes.
For versions of Burnside FCTs equipped with connection to
landlines:
Least Cost Router [LCR]
A programmable 'exceptions' table capable of routing calls both
to landline and mobile networks at the lowest possible cost.
Follow Me™ Divert
Incoming callers on landline are immediately forwarded to the
users mobile phone AT NO INCREMENTAL COST to the user. Click here to
